Please be advised that due to the proximity of the event dates, all NEW RESERVATIONS, MODIFICATIONS or CANCELLATIONS will be handled directly at the cruise3sixty 2013 hotels. Provided below is the cruise3sixty 2013 hotel list outlining the contact details. Please ask for in-house room reservations and identify yourself as attending cruise3sixty 2013 to request the negotiated group rate.

All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, per night, per room. Rates are subject to an additional 12% HST, 2% Hotel Tax and 1.5% Destination Marketing Fee per night, per room. Taxes are subject to change without notice.

Hotel Cancelations

All reservations will be secured with a 2-night deposit (which will be processed on May 17). Individual reservations cancelled less than 32 days (Friday May 17, 2013 prior to the conference will be charged for their entire stay (all room nights reserved under this reservation).
