Thank you for your interest in participating in cruise3sixty as a sponsor. We have three types of sponsorship options available:  Premier Packages, a la Carte and workshops, with pricing from $2,000 to $70,000.

PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Gold cruise3sixty Sponsorship Package                                     $70,000

•           Exclusive sponsorship of one (1) event to be mutually agreed upon by sponsor and CLIA.

•           Co-sponsorship of the Friday, Saturday or Sunday, April 3, 4 or 5, 2009, General Session, including one (1) eight (8) minute “Thought Leader Dialogue” with Terry Dale, CLIA President

1 Sponsor content, messages, promotions and offers: requires applicability to overall CLIA travel agency membership base and must not be perceived as competitive or an employee recruitment to CLIA member agencies. Submit to CLIA review and approval.
2 Insert: A single 8 ½” x 11” insert may be included in the travel agent attendee bags. Subject to CLIA review and approval.
3 Final Attendee Lists: will include travel agent name, company and mailing address. Email and fax will not be provided.

* Please note the following regarding the sponsorship of Product or Destination Workshops:
  1. Mandatory trade show participation is required in order to sponsor workshop/s. Workshops may be purchased on an equal basis with trade show booths. i.e.: one trade show booth purchased = ability to purchase of one workshop, two trade show booths purchased = ability to purchase two workshops, etc., subject to a maximum purchase of three workshops.
  2. Limited availability of workshops.
  3. Trade show participation is not included in the fees noted above.
  4. Workshops will have seating for approximately 100 attendees. Actual attendance is not guaranteed and will vary. There will be multiple workshops including destination or product and tech center operating concurrently on Friday and Saturday, per the hours noted. On Thursday, there will be CLIA seminars operating in the afternoon, concurrently with the workshops.
  5. Workshops will be operated on Thursday, April 2nd, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Friday,
    April 3rd, 4:30 PM – 6:45 PM and on Saturday, April 4th, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
  6. Workshop/seminar content must be approved by CLIA. Information must be educational, commercial messages are not applicable.
